GOING SUPERCRITICAL

PC steam generators with advanced BENSON Vertical-Tube(BVT) supercritical steam technology can achieve plant efficiencies well beyond subcritical drum type units, thereby producing more electricity with less emission. By coupling these technologies together, we offer a steam generator with proven and advanced features, such as :

BHI signed the license agreement for CFBC Boiler Technology with Sumitomo FW(formerly Foster Wheeler), the global CFB market leader and pioneer.

CFBC Boiler Technology has many distinguishable advantages. CFBC boiler significantly decreases NOx and SOx emission as it captures sulfur from fuel during the combustion process. The CFBC Technology is not only eco-friendly but also economical with its fuel flexibility.

CFBC Boiler (Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion) provides economical and environmental efficiencies for burning a wide variety of fuels.

FUEL FLEXIBLE

CFBC can handle a wide range of fuels such as coal, waste coal, anthracite, lignite, petroleum coke and agricultural waste, with low heating value (>1500 kcal/kg), high moisture content (<55%), and high ash content (<60%). The fuel flexibility provides use of opportunity fuels where uncertainty of fuel supply exists and economics are an issue.

THINK GREEN

The major environmental benefit of selecting CFBC technology is the removal of SO₂(90-95%) and NOx in the combustion process without adding post-combustion cleaning equipment such as wet or dry flue gas de-sulfurization (FGD) systems and selective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems.

Our Oil & Gas natural circulation boilers are safe, increasing water flow as tube heat flow increases without relying on pumps regardless normal or abnormal condition.
