PC steam generators with advanced BENSON Vertical-Tube(BVT) supercritical steam technology can achieve plant efficiencies well beyond subcritical drum type units, thereby producing more electricity with less emission. By coupling these technologies together, we offer a steam generator with proven and advanced features, such as :- Simple vertical tube furnace design which is economical in terms of fabrication, construction, and maintenance.

Industrial Cogen Boiler
BHI provides various types of industrial boilers for plants in different industries.BHI’s industrial boiler is flexible with different types of fuels, from liquid to gas, to produce steam required for plant operation. Depending on the steam evaporation capacity, different types of boiler configuration are applied and the total numbers of burner may vary.
Low running cost
Each section of boiler is designed to have the minimum draft loss.
Convection type superheaters make easier start-up operations compare to radiant type superheaters.
Banks tubes are arranged in line and the walk-in cavities are located between bank tube blocks, which make maintenance easier.

BHI signed the license agreement for CFBC Boiler Technology with Sumitomo FW(formerly Foster Wheeler), the global CFB market leader and pioneer.CFBC Boiler Technology has many distinguishable advantages. CFBC boiler significantly decreases NOx and SOx emission as it captures sulfur from fuel during the combustion process. The CFBC Technology is not only eco-friendly but also economical with its fuel flexibility.
The extensive experience of our licensor, SFW, allows BHI’s CFBC boiler to utilize nearly all solid fuels, including wastes and biomass fuels. These solid fuels include but are not limited to coals, lignite, biomass and petcoke. SFW’s extensive experience with CFBCs proves the reliability of BHI’s CFBC boilers as the technology has proven itself with more than 37 million hours of operation.
As one of the leading boiler suppliers in the world, BHI makes effort to protect our planet. On the top of the low emission of NOx and SOx, CFBC boilers also use biomass as one of their fuels, reducing carbon dioxide emission.

CFBC can handle a wide range of fuels such as coal, waste coal, anthracite, lignite, petroleum coke and agricultural waste, with low heating value (>1500 kcal/kg), high moisture content (<55%), and high ash content (<60%).
